  : Nice room, nice space. Had a private bathroom, not the cleanest but a good size with a good shower. We didn't expect too much as it was a cheap hotel, however some of the conditions were questionable even at price. Had a smart TV...
  : . ..had no controller for TV. Asked for this 3 times over our stay and each time we were told by same worker than he would bring it up in 10 minutea and never did. The room was dirty and the windows had smashes class pains so got a little cold and night time. Contacted in advance to ask if there was a kettle and hairdryer in room, was told yes but there wasn't. Was a hairdryer to loan for 10 minutes. And a communal water tank for hot water. Was lucky its in a good area so we got take away food and coffee when disired.

  : The room was smelling, bathroom was disgusting, the noise coming from outside was too loud and you can't shut the windows because that was the only ventilation in the room. could not operate the TV because they could not find the remote control.

  : rude staffwas down for a double deluxe, ended up with a small twin roombed was broken, tv didn’t work- I had to actually take it off the wall to fix the aerial and tune it in!!room was right next to smoking area meaning smelt of smoke all the time! room was a little dirty, had various stains on the floor and mould around the windows.

  : on arrival only had one towel in the room . *no shower gel *bathroom door would not close properly as it’s broken * bedding had stains and hairs * shower had not been cleaned properly * shower head filled with lime scale * no curtains in the bedroom so by 5 am could not sleep anymore due to the light coming through

  : The only redeemable factor is the location, as it is easy to get around London.
  : This place had shown red flags the moment we arrived, we got there ten minutes prior to our check-in, and the reception attempted to haggle us for an additional £5, we just told him that we'd come back when it's time.It didn't get better, once getting into the room we were only provided with one towel for two guests? I didn't realise that sharing a bed also meant sharing a towel. Additionally, the sink was clogged and simply washing hands meant we had to wait for the water to drain slowly before the other person could do so. The water reservoir in the toilet wouldn't fill up either; I had to manually take the top off and use a bottle to fill it up using the sink. The fan in the room was filthy, and I couldn't clean it as they had sealed it preventing guests from being able to clean it themselves, there was dust everywhere it was clear that the room didn't receive a proper clean. Which concerning as most hospitalities have made that a paramount, after the pandemic. What broke the camel's back was when we spotted ants in the room, we checked out early and had to find another accommodation. To add insult to injury, there was no one at the reception desk for a solid ten minutes. When rasing some of the issues the member of staff did not attempt to offer a resolution or even apologies, he simply just said that he will contact the "maintenance guy", zero accountability was taken. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, if it was priced considerably cheaper than I could potentially forgive some of the issues, but at the price range I would rather advise using a more established chain such as Travelodge or Premiere Inn. It's a shame I didn't take any photos because it was unacceptable.
