: The apartment was spacious and in a good location near sub.
: Extremely rude, uncooperative company running the apartment. Despite our clear request since 17/10 (we arrived on 29/11) for an apartment above ground floor the allocated us in a dirty, full of humidity and insects basement apartment. The basement had poorly light infrastructure and the only light available in the main entrance was out of order. The bathroom was smelly due to humidity and the only radiator of the apartment operate for a few hours, as a result the bathroom was full of snails. The mattress was dirty and the policy of the apartment is to clean the room (sheets, towels, toilet paper etc) every Monday (we arrived on that day and depart on Monday) the result was that during all of our stay no one clean the roomThe basement apartment has a great lack of privacy, the whole building garbages bins are outside the only window, opposite from the bed and two times per day someone from the garbages collection services come to collect them as a result you cannot have the curtain open and the room is constantly dark.Finally, the check-in and check-out policy is outrageous as the apartment is available for check-in at 16:00 while you should leave from the apartment at 10:00. Of course we paid for an early check-in and the owners refused to offer any solution concerning our luggages during check-out proposing to book the apartment for another night.Overally was a bad experience and the specific company should be avoid. In my request for a refund of at least the additional charge of check out the just offer a 10% discount on my next stay with them. It goes without saying that I will not visit again their dirty, expensive basement.

: All of flying butler properties are a bit or very dirty. 2 of my 3 apts i stayed at was located in a very unconvenient block/floor. (Basement next to bin storage, or above a noisy, smoney and smelly coffee shop) 3rd property was not ready despite given checkin details at like 5-6pm. Safety Lock code wasnt working! Many major issues
