  : The bed was clean and comfortable, and there was a nice new carpet in the room. The staff were friendly and obligingly allowed me to check into the room an hour and a half early, which was very helpful.
  : The bathroom was very small and scruffy, although the toilet was clean. The bedroom was drab and dull, though clean.

  : The ONLY good thing was the location. It is very close to the tube station.
  : The place was unsafe. The first room we were given, the lock was falling off the door. It looked as if it had been broken into. I was worried all night whether people would attempt to break into our new room. We were only given an alternative room when I complained at length about the door lock. The shower was dirty. Hair clumps in the plug. The whole.place felt dirty. Beyond wear and tear the place needed redecorating. There were chunks of plaster from the walls missing. The fridge had an ice cream tub inside. There was a floorboard that we almost tripped on and was concerned was going to break. The noise from the road outside was horrific. Something that could've been helped at least a bit by double glazing. The single glazing was nearly pointless. The room was tiny, only just fitting in the bed. The bathroom so small that you could barely manoeuvre to sit on the toilet.The light bulb, with no lampshade, flickered in the room like a horror film. I couldn't tell if it was shoddy electrics or the bulb needs changing. At checkout we were confused. The whole reception area was pitch black and when we loudly pondered what to do it was only then that a figure emerged from under a blanket, like a risen corpse, on the sofa.
