  : Good location.The property would be good if cleaning and maintenance had been done
  : Property had been empty for a while and no cleaning or maintenance has been done prior to our arrival.We could not use the terrace (it was full of giant weeds). The house was not clean (dead flies in the bath tub, hair and crumbs on the floor, oven, kitchen drawers, pans etc... were dirty).We had to clean the floor and wash all dishes ourselves to feel a bit more comfortable and safe.Sofa bed is not comfortable to sleep (you can feel the steel support frame under the mattress).Bath shower is too low (not very comfortable if you are more than 1,65m).

  : Beautifully designed, spacious flat with gorgeous furnishings. Great location in a quiet residential area of Fulham and roughly 5 minute walk to tube. Little things had been thought of (umbrella, shampoo/conditioner etc). Would definitely recommend to others - thanks for a wonderful stay!!
  : Window cleaners had to come through to access garden for owner’s flat above one morning which was a bit annoying - would suggest booking this when the flat is empty in the future.

  : A pleasant apartment in a great location.
  : - Quite a lot of noise from the upstairs neighbours. This is a residential property with a young family living upstairs so no chance of a lie-in as the noise starts from 6am onwards. The noise continues throughout the day with a toddler running what it seemed like a half marathon each day...- Poor quality bedding (worn out sheets, stained duvet, uncomfortable pillows, ill fitting duvet cover etc)- Damp on the bathroom walls and unpleasant smell coming from the washing machine area

  : DO NOT BOOK THIS! This was the worst stay I’ve ever had anywhere. The acoustics in the building are so bad that you can hear every conversation the upstairs neighbors have. When they walk around or vacuum, the noise is unbearable. I felt very unsafe because of the noise. I kept waking up thinking someone broke into the flat. I was supposed to stay for 2 days, but after nights of no sleep due to the noise, I checked out and had to book a new hotel. And Guest Ready and Booking wanted to charge me for the nights I didn’t stay! I had to file a fraud dispute with my credit card company. This was a nightmare.

  : Location is great - 7 minutes to Parsons Green tube station. It's very cosy and clean. Oh and there ARE blinds in all the windows to keep your privacy which you can't see in the pictures. So far the best place I've had in London.
  : The apartment is on the ground floor and there is another apartment upstairs. It was quiet all week but on the last day the neighbors started vacuuming before 8 in the morning and it was Sunday. Despite if this incident the apartment is really worth the price and I enjoyed staying there so much.
