: The location was brilliant for us, we were attending an event at the Parlour, which was a 5 min walk.Also a 20 min walk to Portobello market.

: Great location and pub looks like it would be lovely if it was open. Looks lovely from the outside. Family bedroom was huge and bed was pretty comfy, shower was good. Bedrooms were turned over daily.
: Needs new windows- very noisy and cold in the room. The place was getting refurbished and we weren't warned so we had to go elsewhere with vouchers for breakfast, this was a lovely coffee shop but only had a capacity of 12 seats and very slow service so really took up the mornings waiting for a table/food. 4 bulbs were out/missing in our bedroom and bathroom which were reported but not rectified. Whole place is in need of a refurbishment, bedrooms were very tired and needed decorating and need new carpets so hopefully this is part of the current refurbishment.

: The communication with the hotel was always easy and helpful. Big room for London, had also a cute little terrace. The pub was under construction but I got breakfast vouchers for a great brunch caf clos by.
: You can head the neighbors and the housekeeping A LOT. I'm not sensitive but I woke up quite often and when housekeeping is working upstairs I literally felt my bed vibrating. The sound really moves through the old structures of house.

: I liked the location, but we were traveling to get absolute British vibe and we chosed hotel for this partular reason, cause in photos it is fabolous! But we arrived at the hotel and we were very surprised, and actually dissapointed. Restaraunt closed, cause there was ongoing renovation. So breakfast was 3min walk away from hotel. And our selected room wasnt available, and we stayed at family room, and it was kinda cold, but it was great that we had heater in the room Everything would be muuuch better, if hotel would warn us before and we would just chose different location, but basically we lived in renovation :( I know from heart that place is awesome, but I wish that someone would warn us :(

: Clean and functional. Close to station and Kensal rise.
: At 140 a night was not as expected. Breakfast was off site in a local cafe so not guaranteed seating or table, was ok but not as advertised. Had to wait a long time for it. The room was tatty, paint splodges and visible unfinished plastered bits on the walls. Broken blind in the window. Burnt mark on carpet. Lamps not working, mentioned this but nothing was done. 1 tea bag.
