  : Someone was waiting to hand me the keys. The location was superb. There was easy access to the tube station, making travelling around London accessible and quick. Plenty of lovely places to eat on your doorstep.
  : We had no hot water or heating and as its November that isnt good. When I contacted the landlord they were not answering my calls, emails or texts meaning we were having to wash in cold showers mixed with hot water from kettle. It is advertised as having kettle, hairdryer, kitchen facilities etc, all were well worn and dirty and as for cutlery, the apartment only had 2 knives. It was a total waste of money.

  : I loved the location it was really accessible to anywhere in london it is perfect for a short stay
  : The only thing I could critique was that the bed was straight out broken so it was very uncomfortable to sleep ( but i only stayed for the night so that's fine i can live with it) no toilet paper and someone in the building started drilling their door in at 3 A.M. I have no idea what was going on, But we were sure we're going to get mugged (it sounded like someone was really determined to get in without keys) but that could have been people living there losing their keys ( we were fine in the end noone robbed us haha)

  : No heating no hot water boiler broke down, gas leakage in the bedroom very dangerous the owner did move us to another apartment on the Sunday which was not very clean however we could use the hot water a very disappointing stay we should be compensated for this please.

  : Almost nothing, the toilet flushed is about the only positive I can think of.
  : Total nightmare from the start. I had an email asking when I would be able to check-in. I explained I was at a meeting but expected to get there around 4:30 pm. I then had a phone call the next day, so I explained again. Then half an hour later another email, then another phone call, then another call from a different person. I had to ask them to stop calling demanding a time. It was borderline harassment almost. They said if it was after 5.30 I could collect the keys from the sister hotel 24 hours a day, I said I understood and would collect from the hotel to give me maximum flexibility, but guess what? I had ANOTHER phone call!! I told them yet again I understood that check-in at the apartment was up to 5.30 and that I was happy to collect the keys from the hotel and demanded they STOP calling me. When I did arrive the man at reception had no idea what keys I needed or where the apartment actually was. It turned out that the entrance was actually down an alleyway and rather difficult to find. Had the receptionist had any clue it would have helped enormously. My advice would be to avoid it like the plague and find somewhere more professional, cleaner, and easier to find with friendlier staff.

  : Nothing at all! Old structure, small toilet where you cant even fit if you are more than 5ft. Smelly appartment. No hot water for the whole night and had to call the management 20 times to get the attention
  : I wouldnt recommend to anyone. Old mattress, small room no hot water nothing. 2 small towels and 2 shower gel for 2 days. Just pathetic

  : The room was disgusting, dirty bed broken with rubbish underneath and broken slats , public hair on sheets and dirty bathroom in fact everything is filthy, the room had no heating working it was freezing and I will be contacting hotels . Com . It is not Acceptable to give keys out a room that is so disgusting when you so late in the evening and there is nowhere else you can another place to stay

  : Great location. The apartment was fine. It just needs a bit of TLC. Clean, but feels a little unloved.
  : Some directions would be useful, and maybe some local info. The guy who met me with the keys could have been a bit more welcoming, and guided me through the apartment.
