: Location was very good, Proximity to the main hotel was also good.
: The main (double) bedroom was incredibly noisy - there was a ventilation fan that went off for 20 minutes about 2-3 times an hour all through the night and we didn't sleep at all. I raised this with the hotel reception and received an i'm sorry we'll look into it but nothing else.

: Stairs only. Difficult to get suitcases to appt. Needs decorating- mould on ceiling. Lacked utensils in kitchen. Back aspect was poor, opening windows exposed one to air con unit noises.

No washing machine as advertised. no extra bathroom as advertised. no servicing as advertised. I have requested a part credit 50% but no payment has happened yet or communication with details.
