  : the cheating ! they didn't get me back the deposit they claim that there is a damages but letterally I left the apartment without any damage let them prove their lie with an evidence that took approximately the whole amount , and the lady was so rude with us !!!

  : I loved the apartment, it was well furnished and very comfortable. Great bed and pillows, great location next to Euston station, nice kitchen, lovely furnishing.
  : The check-in process was quite complex, with the need to pick up keys at an off-license instead of a lock-box which is the usual these days. There was also a lot of fuss over giving credit card details over the phone for a large guarantee, sending a copy of ID documents and signing a document with quite many rules. A large sign on the door states that the lodging must be left as found, this was confusing as I wasn't sure if I needed to clean the place before leaving, which I did.The front door of the apartment is not well insulated and there was a lot of noise in the hall, staircase and entrance of the apartment building, due to the lack of insulation when guest came back in the night - it was disturbing. The lodging is above a bar and even with the double glazing on weekends you could hear people partying in the street.

  : The location and the spaciousness of the property were great and the washing machine and kitchen facilities were good.
  : It was right next to a sex establishment and the interior was tired and although not unclean felt a bit grubby. There was no hairdryer.

  : The bar below and the noise of people chatting on the street between midnight and 6 am. The apartment's heating was not good and so was the shower which was slow and the water was not hot enough.

  : above a nightclub with no sound insulation and no warning about this so had to buy earplugs. extract in bathroom was broken and wasn’t one in en-suite (so they had a plug in to mask the small). prior to booking did it did not advise you would have to pay a £450 deposit in cash (not even held like most hotels apartments). apartment looked clean but pillow had stains and floor was filthy ended up with black feet walking bear foot

  : The apartment is very nice located. Next to easy access underground. Supermarket is also close by for food. The apartment is also very clean, warm and well suited.
  : There is an adult place that opens at night so it can be noisy outside. The neighbors upstairs walk super loud sometimes and can hear it.The bed was too small and should be a queen size bed at least not double. The sofa couch has a very incredible hard bar that is not comfortable to sleep on. If these were to change for sleeping arrangement it would be even better if a place to stay.
