  : There were some coordination issues which should have been resolved due to the Corona situation. There were several questions addressed to the hotel. In the beginning (a year ago) there were some (delayed) answers, but at the end (the last half year) they did not answer at all.I think the current situation for touristic travellers in the UK is quite clear. Neither the hotel not I has its part in this situation, but not talking about such a force majeur is not acceptable.

  : The room and the bathroom was clean. The place doesn’t look good from outside but is actually great inside!! was comfortable to stay!
  : The only disappointed part was that it didn’t have breakfast even though the room information said “breakfast included” when I booked the room. They closed the kitchen because of COVID-19, the staff said. They should indicate in the website that the breakfast service is not indicated for now since I booked this room expecting a breakfast.
